God loves each of us.

He loves me and He loves you.

You are precious in His eyes.

There is something that has kept us separated from God,

something that has kept us from experiencing His love in our lives.

That something is sin.

We have all sinned and we can never be perfect.

Does that mean we can never know God's love?

No, because God loves us so much that He sent His Son to die for us, to be the bridge that takes us from our sin to the love of God.

Jesus is the only bridge.

As we accept that bridge in our lives and allow Jesus to come into our lives, we begin to experience the love of Jesus.

This is called salvation.

It is the life in Jesus that begins now and will be for all eternity.

Jesus is the answer to our sin.

We could never live that life of Love out on our own, so Jesus sent us the Holy Spirit to help us, to teach us how to live the life of Love.

It is through the power of the Holy Spirit that we can love others and be disciples and apostles.

This is the kerygma.

This is the gift of salvation.

We go to heaven because of what Jesus did and still does for us and in us.
